Can't add payment card

Hi

I'm from Ukraine
In my Spotify profile I have "Country or region" set as "Ukraine"
I am using Spotify from Ukrainian IP Address
And I trying to add a Ukrainian payment card issued by Ukrainian bank

And I'm getting this error message:
"Your payment method and country don't match."

I triple checked that entered card details are correct
My bank card work absolutely fine with many other online services
And I also checked my card number on binlist.net service and it's identified as Ukrainian card!

Hi Maxim,

I have premium subscription paid with Google Pay

Currently I trying to switch to Family Premium, and getting this error:

Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method.

This was the reason why I trying to add payment card

Hey @ujeenator ,

Thanks for getting back.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your subscription, wait until your account reverts back to free, and then subscribe to Premium Family directly using your card details. 🙂

I will need to wait till next month when my current subscription will end
