My Question or Issue

So I bought Spotify premium duo so my girlfriend could have it as well, but even though it registered on my account that she is under the subscription plan, the premium won't work for her. I have had her on my plan for around two months now I believe, but it hasn't changed at all. Any ideas?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend that she logs in at https://spotify.com/account. On that page, it'll show if she's part of the Premium Duo plan using the account she used to log into that page.

If it does, she'll need to use the same account to log into the Spotify app. If it doesn't, she likely accepted the invite using a different account than the one she mainly uses.
