On that page, it'll show if she's part of the Premium Duo plan using the account she used to log into that page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it does, she'll need to use the same account to log into the Spotify app. If it doesn't, she likely accepted the invite using a different account than the one she mainly uses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
