&lt;P&gt;Based on what you've described, we understood that you're experiencing issues with your account. By saying that you have active Premium subscription, but your account has reverted back to the free service, you got us thinking that your attempt to pay has not been successful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd recommend that you take a look at your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Receipts page&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you see that the payment has failed - head &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;U&gt;here&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to see what you can do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>minha conta está pra vencer dia 07/08/2023 e é premio não é  gratuita não tenho mais acesso pois a conta do nada está como gratuita com anúncios e não consigo voltar a musica.</description>
