My Premium Expiration Date is Expiring on the Wrong Date!

So I purchased a 3-month subscription deal on June 16th for $9.99, but my account is telling me that my premium subscription expires on July 8th (TODAY!!) and it will charge me $9.99 again. Why is that?? The deal was not expired on the day I purchased it. Shouldnt the expiration date be September 16th and not July 8th? That is not even a full month! Could it be a glitch?? I would appreciate it if someone knows why it would be doing this.

I'm also having this problem.

Edit. It is a glitch. I canceled my subscription and at the confirmation page it shows the real expiration date, which in my case is 28.09.17

Yea I think it's just glitch, I contacted support and they told me that everything should be fine. I'm still waiting to see if it actually charges me though, and if it does, I will just contact them again.

I signed up for the 3 month special on June 24. Then I saw that I was going to be charged on July 9th (tomorrow) so I cancelled my subscription. As in your case, the correct end date was shown (September 24) during the confirmation page. However, the current subscription page shows that now my trial will end tomorrow. This "glitch" needs to be fixed.

I have exactly the same problem, but from Sweden. I purchased a three month gift card on 17 June, and now 9 July it says the premium subscription will be cancelled today, 9 July. I wrote to the customer service and asked about it, and provided my receipt number. No reply yet but I posted the question just five minutes ago.

I have this hunch that tomorrow it'll say that the subscription ends on 10 July.

Yes, it did that with me, I was not charged but however when I checked the expiration date today (July 9th) The due date changed to July 9th. I think the glitch will just make the due date change daily. Weird.

I got the same issues i registered 3 month free deal at 8 june 2017, but i didnt realize that since 8 july 2017 my premium account already turn into free account, i there anyone can help me how to report it to the customer service? since im in Indonesia and there are no spotify office here....

when i tried that my date did not change i go the 3 month trail offer for .99 only about a month ago who do i contact to resolve this problem

You can contact them on their twitter @SpotifyCares and just dm them the issue. They usually reply pretty quick.

This problem needs to be fixed, and I shouldn't have had to search the community to find out more about it in the first place. Having my subscription stating that it expires on the current date, every day, isn't okay. I shouldn't have to check my email receipts to see when my account should actually expire, or search the community to see if others are dealing with this, if Spotify is aware of this, and how worried I should be. Having inconsistent expiration dates isn't a minor glitch, it raises legitimate concerns about their ability to keep track of payments that have already been made. A service that will take your money, but thinks that their inability to keep consistent track of it is not something to notify us about and let us know that they are fixing, is disconcerting.

I already paid for another card, and now I find that my previous payment is good until NEXT month. Has anyone added an additional card with this problem in effect? I want to be sure that it won't have any further issues, like losing a month that I have paid for already. This sort of issue is exactly why I use prepaid cards, rather than a credit card.

I hope someone at Spotify is reading this thread.
