My Question or Issue

I want to change my Premium family account into Premium Duo since it’s just me and my daughter. But Premium duo is missing from the duels of available services (and I cannot select it.) Why?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

In order to do that, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium Duo at https://spotify.com/duo.
