I have attempted to update my CC on file several times but my original card on file is the one that keeps getting charged. Help, please.

Just to confirm, have you tried following the steps I sent previously? If so, could you let us know if you're getting an error message when you're trying to update your payment method? Additionally, sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

On another note, would you mind checking if the payment method you'd like to use meets these requirements?
