I also have a gift acrd that does not work. I have checked the Countries, the 0/O...Its' so frustrating the support is useless!...

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community! We've created new thread for you only, we hope you don't mind.

We'd recommend to check the code’s characters and try different combinations after 24 hours again. You've mentioned that you've checked the alphanumerics but keep in mind that sometimes 5 looks like S (uppercase s) or 8 looks like B (uppercase b) etc. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.

In case you're still experiencing issues, feel free to contact our Customer Support via one of the channels here, as they can take a closer look into the matter and help you redeem the gift card.
