&lt;P&gt;You can leave the Premium Family plan by following these steps:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Log in to your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://spotify.com/account" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Under&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Your plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;, click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Change Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scroll to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify Free&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cancel Premium&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you leave the Premium Family plan, your account will immediately revert to the free service. The Premium Duo plan manager can then invite you to their plan by following &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/invite-remove-duo-member/" target="_self"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bear in mind that to accept the invite to Premium Duo, you must reside at the same address as the Premium Duo plan manager. Also note that members&amp;nbsp;can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once in 12 months.&lt;/P&gt;
