Tengo el mismo problema, la aplicación me cobró con Paypal, pero cuando quiero entrar me dice que tengo que pagar nuevamente y que no tengo Spotify premium, incluso me cobró 2 veces.

To investigate this further it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at your account.

For anyone else experiencing this, try logging out and back in to force a re-sync of your account and check if you're using the correct login details as you might've signed up for Premium on a different account.
