    <description>I bought a gift card from startselect.com, selected the right country and the gift card code is not working. Tried to sort it out with startselect, but everything seems to be in order from their perspective and asked to contact spotify.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried:&lt;BR /&gt;- checked that the country code from the account and gift card match&lt;BR /&gt;- logoff and logon again to redeem code&lt;BR /&gt;- logoff from spotify app to check whether it still turned into premium&lt;BR /&gt;- tried redeem from another device if there is something browser/device related as an issue&lt;BR /&gt;- contacted startselect support and made all these steps they requested&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And tried to find ACTUAL spotify support, unsuccessfully.</description>
