My Question or Issue

I recently deleted my Facebook account (permanently) but I forgot that it was the account I used to log in to my Spotify account and I didn't cancel my subscription. My new account has 3 free months and billing starts on 04/12/2023 but I was charged on the 5th of October, which means my old account is still being charged. How do I fix this, since I don't have access to the old Spotify account?

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can take a closer look at this 🙂

You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready.
