Cannot cancel subscription, option not visible (screenshot)

My Question or Issue

I cannot find where to cancel the subscription. I checked but there is no option. They said check payment but where. There is no link, payment is just a word it’s not a link. Where do I see?

I have a similar problem not gtting anywhere. i switched to a family account but cannot delete my old individual account. i have no access to the account or related email. £10.99 is taken from my account each month, credit card company cannot stop the payments. any help would be appreciated

If you tap your account setting in the top right side of the page, you should be able to see the subscriptions category; tap manage your plan, and then you’ll be able to change or cancel plans. If you do not see any active plans you may be signed into the wrong account.
