      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are Canadians so live in Canada for summer and then we winter in Florida so I have actually tried both addresses.&amp;nbsp; It just comes back with the same message that the addresses don't match and to try again when we're together at the same address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you check if the address you've entered matches the country of your Spotify account? If you're currently in USA, but your country is set to Canada, you may need to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/update-payment-details/" target="_self"&gt;update your payment details&lt;/A&gt; first by using a payment method issued in Canada. The country of your husband's account must also be set to USA in order for him to join the Duo plan.&lt;/P&gt;
