My Question or Issue

Hello,

I have moved to another country. I want to update my payment method with a card from my current country of residence ; however, whenever I try to do that, I am informed that the Premium Solo plan is not available to me. In fact, the only one offered to me is the Student Premium plan.

So I can't update my payment method without changing countries and can't change my country of residence without cancelling my Premium plan, which I am not interested in doing.

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the country you're currently in at https://spotify.com/premium.

How do i change my billing address?

I recently moved to a different country and have been trying to change my billing address. I canceled my premium subscription but still got charged in the last month. Paying in USD is too expensive because I get paid in TSH. I have canceled my subscription but am afraid of getting charged again. How can I change my billing address? when I put in the new payment method I get an error message saying it cannot go through because I have the country wrong. when I change the country I am still unable to change my billing address. This is very stressful... how do I change the country and billing address permanently?
