My Question or Issue

I'm Mongolian international student who studies in hong kong i just wanted renew my plan but my money gets out from my bank card but its not appearing in order history and still not subscribed premium. When i'm paying its get error and it shows another country what should i do i payed by paypal and its same its appear in paypal

I recommend making sure that your payment method meets all the requirements listed here, especially that it was issued in the same country you're currently in. 🙂

Lastly, once you've successfully subscribed to Premium, you should receive a confirmation email.
