Change country error

I searched a bit in the Community Blog and in the FAQ section but still can't find a solution.

My plan is Premium, originally opened in Greece. Now that I want to change the card that I'm paying my subscription, along with the country, as the billing address is in UK, the site pop-ups an error saying that "you're not eligible for this plan", although I've never changed the plan.

Is there an actual person from the support that I can speak with? Does anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting to the UK through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your UK payment method at https://spotify.com/premium.
