&lt;P&gt;Since this type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device or network restrictions, we'd first recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi network and in an incognito window to see if it makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, as it's possible that it could be account-related and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd suggest contacting our&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Customer Support&lt;/A&gt; directly so they can check your account and help you further.&lt;/P&gt;
