Postpone or cancel a premium subscription

I accidentally activated premium plan on both of my Spotify accounts at the same time, so one of them will not be used for the next 6 months. Is it possible to get a refund through a credit note to use it to extend my premium plan in 6 months? Or to cancel my current subscription for the next 6 months so I can reuse it in 6 months?
