I can't find receipts for my previous subscriptions

When I access this link: https://www.spotify.com/id-en/account/subscription/receipt/ I can't find any of my previous receipts. I also don't receive them by mail, and they aren't in the junk folder

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, I recommend making sure you're logged into the right Spotify account 🙂 It should show your receipts on the site you linked.

I'm having the same issue and I am definitely in the right account. This is a business right off for our studio and I have used it for years. All of a sudden all of my receipts have vanished. I need Dec. of 2023.
