I had spotify on my iphone as a free account. Decided to go premium. But you can't do that from the app. So signed up online...However, my phone app has a different user name than the premium receipt and cannot change it..so phone is not premium...

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like you've got more than one account with Spotify, so I recommend logging out of the Spotify app and then logging back in, but this time, using the username stated on the receipt. 🙂
