Charged for Hulu

Hey yall. I’ve discovered that I am being charged the monthly $7 for Spotify Student Premium, which claims to include Hulu with ads for free. However, I am also being charged $9/month for Hulu, and my Hulu account just says to adjust the plan through my Spotify account - but my Spotify account says Hulu is free…

That really writes like a scam. I love Spotify, but I don’t like hidden charges. I’ve triple checked my Hulu account, I don’t have any added features.

Any insight into what’s going on?

If you're getting a separate charge from Hulu directly, it's likely that you've got more than one account with them, so I recommend reaching out to Hulu about this 🙂

Having the exact same problem. Been getting passed back and forth between Spotify and Hulu customer service for over 2 hours and NO ONE is helping or resolving the issue. I dont even know how long I was getting charged by hulu but as soon as I canceled the payment, Ive lost access to it and Spotify has been absolutely useless.

Having this same issue, might have to dispute on my credit card
