My Question or Issue

I am trying to redeem the offer of a 4 months free trial as seen in this link (https://www.spotify.com/us/ppt/tinder/), but it says I need to use a code that I am not being sent.

Can you let me know if you have tried Premium in the past? Also, can you let me know if the same issue happens when you try to access the link in a different browser or private window? Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for any emails from Spotify.

I have never tried premium before and I have tried the link in multiple different browsers and private windows. I've looked around online and seen people who have had similar issues in the past but I'm not quite sure of their solution.

Hey @Kgi1,

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you look up "no-reply@spotify.com" in your email inboxes? It should be able to pull up the verification email. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend trying to redeem through a different device and use a different email address as well.
