Gift card won't work

Four months ago I bought a gift card (in the same country I live in), I activated it myself at the self checkout. Everything should be in order, but now that my three months free period is over and I paid a month ahead I'd like to redeem said gift card. Except every way I enter the code (with and without the numbers in front of the scratchable part) it tells me something went wrong and won't redeem it. Is there any way this can be solved?

Valid Spotify Gift Card codes are alphanumeric and you can find your code under the scratchable field 🙂

Any other code-like text (like the one below the barcode) should not be entered.
