My Question or Issue

I have a Spotify student account and realized I was being charged for both Spotify and Hulu. Obviously I want the benefit of free Hulu with my Spotify Student account so I canceled my Hulu to stop paying for it. Now when I click on the Hulu service in my Account Services section, it brings me to the screen to subscribe to Hulu. My email for Spotify and Hulu and the same.

If you have a Spotify Student account, you are eligible for the Spotify Premium for Students with Hulu bundle, which includes access to both Spotify Premium and Hulu (with ads) at no additional cost. Here are the steps you can take to ensure that you are properly subscribed to the bundle:

Log in to your Spotify account on the web or in the app.
Click on your profile in the top-right corner and select "Account" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the "Account overview" section and look for the "Your Services" section.
If you see the "Spotify Premium for Students with Hulu" option, click on it to ensure that your account is properly set up for the bundle.

My Question or Issue

I can't access my Hulu account through Spotify. I activated it before and even used it a couple of times but now every time I click "Start Watching" from the "Your Services" page, it sends me to Hulu's regular sign-up page (to pick which plan I want to buy).

Why can I not link the Spotify student to Hulu?

Could Spotify provide a correct link to Hulu and not a link that is asking for payment from Hulu.

That does nothing to answer the question, but bring you to a paywall for Hulu when you go through all the red tape. Hulu's customer service is stating to reach out to Spotify. And yes I've tried: Canceling Spotify and then renewing. Using my account details with Hulu. Updating to the latest version. Reading and trying advice from old threads. They all don't work. Why is it so challenging to do this.

When I tried to open my Hulu account through Spotify shows as error I tried many times but it didn’t work, I have a premium student account it should work.

i have the spotify premium student discount but am having difficulty activating the hulu bundle. every post i find tells me to go to 'account overview' which supposedly has an 'activate hulu' tab. i can't find this tab.
