&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Should the status on the account page show as free, it's possible that the payment hasn't been processed. In this case, we suggest trying to subscribe again from the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Premium page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the account page shows that you have active Premium, however, please try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;logging out from the app&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and back in again. This should resync the account info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
