&lt;P&gt;If you've paid for Premium and still can't see the features, we'd first recommend logging out and back in. This can force an update between your device and account and you should be able to see the Premium features.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, make sure that you're logging in to the right account as there's a chance that you might've signed up for Premium on a different account by mistake. &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank"&gt;Here's&lt;/A&gt; how to find out if you have another Spotify account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Another thing you can try is checking the status of your payment. If your Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully and this could be the reason why you can't see the Premium features.&lt;/P&gt;
