What happens to wife's individual premium account after accept duo account invite?

My Question or Issue

I recently signed up for the Duo plan as the duo manager and my wife being the duo member. She has her own individual premium account, however, after accepting my duo invitation, her account no longer shows her individual premium membership. Does Spotify automatically cancel it? I want to make sure that if I'm paying for the duo account, that she is not getting billed for her individual premium account. Please advise.

Hey @alljay213, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This is a great question. When your wife joins your Premium Duo plan, her plan automatically gets canceled and she will be linked to your plan. This means that she will have access to the same Premium features as you on her own Spotify account but you will be billed.
