My Question or Issue

Why can't I switch to BASIC Premium as I don't wany podcasts?

I can't find anyway to do it.

There isn't a plan that offers just Spotify music without podcasts being offered. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks. You can create a new Idea about this here, and I thank you for sharing your feedback about this.

Hi! I see that in the available plans there is a Basic Individual plan, without listening to audiobooks. I would like to change my plan, because I really don't listen to audiobooks on Spotify (there are no Ukrainian audiobooks there), so I would like to understand how I can do this.

Yes, I agree with you. I'm the same and do not want audio books. But I cannot find any option to change it .?

Yes you are right, I meant to say audio books. It does offer a £1 reduction
but how do I get it?

Thanks for your posts. To view all available plans in your area, check out this page. If there isn’t a plan offered, then you can keep an eye on the newsroom as that’s where Spotify releases any important information or changes.

It’s not possible to add or remove features such as Audiobooks, or Podcasts, of a plan that you’re subscribed to.

Your advice helped me upgrade to the Basic Premium plan (which doesn't include listening to audiobooks) (Before this, I saw this plan, but for some reason I could not switch to it.)

For anyone who couldn't upgrade either, use the link posted by support, I think that should work too.

You should be able to change to the new plan directly on your account page here. Just keep in mind that the plan will only appear there if you're eligible.
