&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Username/ID:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; xxxxxxx&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Login with that username to the website to check the status of your&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_blank"&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;subscription&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, and your&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;receipts&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got an insite from my bank today telling me that my regular Spotify payment was more than usual so I checked and it seemed that Spotify has changed my plan without asking or getting my authorisation which is illegal as far as I am aware and I cannot get through to a customer service rep. Any idea what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
