&lt;P&gt;Currently, we have this &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Add-Edit-for-Family-amp-Duo-members-does-not-work/idi-p/6102948/page/3#comments" target="_blank"&gt;Ongoing Issue&lt;/A&gt; about adding Family members. While the behaviour you have seems different, it could possibly be related and simply be another form of the same issue. Please check out that thread, post your relevant info and try any troubleshooting suggested. If you have issues that are significantly different from what's described there, let us know what it is and provide us some screenshots so we can investigate further.&lt;/P&gt;
