Can i got a refund for Spotify AB

Why i get charged for Spotify AB ₱75, i didn't subscribe or anything. after searching the internet i found out that it's for me to be able to continue use Spotify on the other country. but, i didn't leave my country. can i get a refund for this?

Hey @Raymark0516

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription.

If you didn't get a receipt, it probably means you paid a different account from the one you currently use. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

I've already checked that in my account, tried to double check if there's any anomaly's on my account but there's none.

No receipt on my order history or any changes in my plan. but suddenly there's a charged of ₱75 on Payment account.

I also didn't receive any confirmation/verification code regarding to this charged.

is there other way to further check this?

me too they deducted my gcash but ididnt subscribe on spotify
