topic 3 months for the price of 1 not happening in Subscriptions

3 month trial not working.

My Question or Issue: i tried to get the 3 month free trial wich i recieved a mail for. i payed 1 cent and then it said: 'payment failed'. i tried it again, it took once again 1 cent from my bank and never got my subscription. Any reason to why this is happening?

First, please make sure that you have not tried Premium in the past as this offer is only for new subscribers. Can you try following all of the steps provided here?

If those don't work, it is best to try those steps using a different browser and a different device, if possible.

If you're still having trouble - I would recommend getting in touch with your financial institution as they may have more information as to why the card is not being accepted with Spotify.

Last month I payed 7€ for what should've been a promo for 3 months of premium and now after the first month its saying payment declined when it should'nt ask for any payment.
