      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue: i tried to get the 3 month free trial wich i recieved a mail for. i payed 1 cent and then it said:&amp;nbsp; 'payment failed'. i tried it again, it took once again 1 cent from my bank and never got my subscription. Any reason to why this is happening?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you try following all of the steps provided &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If those don't work, it is best to try those steps using a different browser and a different device, if possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're still having trouble - I would recommend getting in touch with your financial institution as they may have more information as to why the card is not being accepted with Spotify.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
