Keep in mind that this 3 month offer is only for those who haven't used our Premium services in the past. If you haven't been a subscriber before, then you should be able to get the 3 months.

Could you let us know if you have tried redeeming the code in this website? If so, please make sure you’ve entered the correct characters. E.g. a zero looks like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ looks like a one.

We'd also recommend to try typing the code in a different browser or in an incognito window to avoid any issues caused by the saved cache or cookies. If you still get an error message, it'd be very helpful to send us a screenshot of it. This way we can investigate this further.

u mnie również nie działa otrzymany kod z Media Expert dodatkowo kod z żabki również . Wyskakuje komunikat :Wygląda na to, że wersja próbna była już aktywowana, co oznacza, że nie możesz skorzystać z niej ponownie. Możesz jednak aktywować Premium Individual. KONTO BYŁO ZAŁOŻONE W TRAKCIE. Nie było na nim nigdy konta premium.

U mnie też nie działa tylko dlatego że jest ,,przypisany" do innego konta. Wpisałem ten kod najpierw na jednym koncie, gdzie okazało się że musi to być konto które nigdy nie wykorzystalo okresu próbnego. Po czym spróbowałem na 2 koncie i było napisane, że kod nie działa. Czy da się jakoś ,,odpisać" ten kod od jednego konta i móc je wpisać na drugie. Kod też jest z media expert i kod to: *snip - moderator edit*. Proszę o pomoc w rozwiązaniu tego.

Thanks for the reply. You should be able to redeem your card here. There you have to choose one of the listed payment methods in order to accept the offer. What exactly happens when you try this? Let us know and send us some screenshots so we can have a look. Make sure no sensitive info is visible in those screenshots.

Kupiłem kod z media expert i wpisałem go na moje główne konto, okazało się że korzystałem już z darmowych 3 miesięcy i nie mogę go użyć, dlatego dałem to mojemu bratu i pokazuje że taki kod nie istnieje. Jak wpisuje to na swoim głównym to mi przechodzi. Jak to naprawić?

I use 4 email accounts (Spotify has never been activated on them) and each of them says that the account already had Premium.
