      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium Family&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung S22+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 6.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downgraded to basic family plan then for some reason my payment did not go through. Because no payment went through on first attempt my entire family plan was discontinued and each member was put into free individual plans. I have not changed credit cards or changed the payment method. Live chat said unfortunately I'm not eligible for basic family plan and if I want my family plan again I would have to pay for premium family plan. I downgraded to basic family from premium family due to price increase and no need for audio books. How can I get my basic family plan back?
