It shows in my bills that I have purchased it but it still won't let me actually use it - I just get the same message that I've used my default 15 hours up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the deal? Not impressed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're using a VPN, make sure to disable it as well.&lt;/P&gt;
