It may be because you do not meet the plan requirements, because you already have this plan or because you do not have any payment method registered."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this problem and change my plan correctly? I am now in Brazil (my home country), I have a payment method registered and the plan is being offered to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise, is there a way to contact customer support directly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suggest for you to wait for your Premium to end, and let you account go back to Free. Once that happens, you'll be able to subscribe to the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/duo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Duo Plan&lt;/A&gt;, with your payment details.&lt;/P&gt;
