Can't find GCash in payment options (Philippines)

I have a subscription to Spotify Family and I can't find GCash as a payment option. It's weird because when I opened the app just now, it prompted a message that those users who uses globe as payment method should switch to GCash, which means this option is available. I don't know why it's not showing on my end. I'm using my card BTW for payment but it would be so much easier if I can switch to GCash since my funds for Spotify is there. Thanks.

Hello, I've been experiencing the same issue in the changing the payment details. The only options I have are debit/credit card & paypal. I would like to update my payment method through Gcash though. I've already tried doing the incognito window login. It still showed the same options for update of payment method. Is there any other way to solve this or should I cancel the premium subscription then re-apply my plan?

Firstly, it's okay if the users who got the informative message but don't use Globe as a payment method on Spotify, dismiss it and don't take any additional action.

When it comes to the GCash option not appearing, I checked here on my side and found it. You can manage your current subscription and change the payment method, by following the steps of this official support article:

Update payment details

If you cannot find GCash, I recommend waiting until your account reverts to the Free tier and starting a new subscription using GCash or another preferred payment method.
