Dear Spotify Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue regarding my payment information. Recently, I mistakenly added my payment method (credit/debit card) to a Spotify account that I do not have access to. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to that account to remove my card or cancel the subscription.

Could you please help me remove my payment information from this account? I am concerned that charges will continue to be made against my card each month, and I would like to stop any future payments as soon as possible.

If you need any additional information from me to verify my request or to locate the account, please let me know. I appreciate your prompt assistance with this matter.
