&lt;P&gt;If your app says Premium but you see free on the Web Player, there's two possible scenarios that first come to mind:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Either you're logged in with different credentials on the two separate platforms as &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/810309"&gt;@Maxim&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has suggested or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Premium plan is not Premium Individual but Premium Mini.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With Premium Mini you get&amp;nbsp;30 song downloads and unlimited ad-free music but only on 1 mobile device.&lt;BR /&gt;Only the mobile app will show Premium, while the other platforms will show free.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a different plan than Premium Mini, you're logging in with the same credentials and yet the Web Player is still only displaying Spotify free, it might be a good idea to try removing your browser's most recent cache &amp;amp; cookies to see if that would make a difference.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps!       <title>Premium not working after paying</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried for the free trial, and my account says that its still the free version but when i login in the web it says i have premium but on the app I don`t have the features of premium and nothign has changed so I used a gift card and it still doesn`t work. Help please!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
