My Question or Issue

I was on the student plan for 2 years but got charged for the individual plan this month. I just verified that I am a student again, and it says I will be charged $5.99 next month, but is there a way I can get refunded the $10.99 I got charged and pay the $5.99 instead?

it says i’m on the student plan for £5.99 but i we charged £11.99 so would like a refund please
