&lt;P&gt;In this case, we'd recommend making sure that the purchase of the Premium plan went through correctly. To do it, you can:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;order history&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; of your account. There, you can check if recent charges were made and make sure everything is in order.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check your back statement to see if charges were applied. If you're seeing a Spotify charge, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Take a look at your email inbox to see if you got confirmation of your new Premium plan.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you don't find any signs of your payment being correctly applied, then it might be possible that the Premium was never applied to your account.&lt;/P&gt;
