Premium "Basic" For 1 user.

I recently went to change my subscription from the regular premium, to the premium "basic", which was $1.00 cheaper per month, it's the same as regular premium, just did not come with the podcasts. The "basic" option is no longer showing up as a plan I can choose, 2 days ago it did. Am I missing something?

Thanks for reaching out.

The only difference between Premium Individual and Basic Individual is that the Basic plan doesn't have Audiobooks included.

At the beginning of your post, you mentioned that you've switched from Premium Individual to Basic Individual. If you're already on the Basic plan, that would be why you're not seeing it anymore.

What I meant to say is that I planned to downgrade to the "basic" plan, from the "premium individual" plan, but I do not see it offered anymore.

Thanks for letting me know.

In that case, you're, unfortunately, no longer eligible for the Basic plan, since your subscription must've been started/active before a certain cut-off date.

I hope this clears things up, though.
