My Question or Issue:

I subscribed to two months worth of Premium for a single month payment (a promo for first time Premium users) and yet it still says in my account that the Premium will expire after a month.

Have you ever had any Premium plan before? Keep in mind that such offers are only for users who've never had Premium before 🙂

This includes plans such as Premium Individual, Premium Mini, Premium Family, etc.

You can check the receipts of an account by following these steps if you're unsure if you've ever had Premium.
