My Issue

Merhaba ben spotify premium duo aboneliği almak istiyorum. Fakat spotify sitede ödememe izin vermiyor. Bankayla konuştum sorun olmadığı söylendi. Spotify'da premium duo üyeliğe geçemiyorum.

Iam facing the field payment issue Please look in this matter , everything is perfect my card my internet i tried multiple devices but the issue is still there.

@sharpex Good job for already contacting the bank, however, as there can be different reasons for a failed payment, I recommend checking out the info in this help article in order to make sure that everything's in order with your payment method. I also suggest that you try subscribing directly via this link https://www.spotify.com/tr-en/plan/duo/ and if you're still having issues, give it a try in a different browser or on another device.

If these steps don't help, feel free to share some more details about what exactly is happening so we can get a better understanding and if you're seeing any error messages.

@Amnaaaa It'd be very helpful if you could also share a bit more. Are you also unable to subscribe or update your payment details for example?
