My friend and I are on the duo premium plan and she is still getting charged as an individual plan. How can she stop paying for her individual plan without making it inaccessible for her

In that case, the first thing I recommend checking is if she's actually part of your Premium Duo plan. You can do it here.

If she's part of your plan, then she most likely used a different account to accept the invite instead of the one that has the Premium subscription on it. She can check out this FAQ article on locating any addiitonal accounts she might have.
