My Question or Issue

I don't seem to have the Debit/Credit Card as an option for a payment method. I've been using GCash to pay my monthly subscription and now I want to change it to my Debit Card. However there is no option to change payment method to debit card, the only options are: GCash, ShopeePay, Mobile Provider. Does anyone have the same issue?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I’d suggest giving it another try from an incognito/private browsing tab using this link. Also, please double-check that you have the correct plan selected. If you don’t see the right one, just click on ‘Change plan’ and choose the correct option.

If the option still doesn’t appear, you can try canceling your subscription first, then check the available payment methods again from here. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any remaining Premium time you have.
