What happened to Premium Family Basic?

My Question or Issue
I was once able to downgrade from Family Premium to Family Premium Basic which removed the audiobooks section which I don't use and lowered the cost of the plan back to $16.99 USD. I am no longer seeing it as an option as I am looking to downgrade. Is it still available?

Thanks for reaching out.

The Basic plan is only available to existing subscribers and is not being offered separately. Unfortunately, once it’s canceled, it’s not possible to resubscribe to it.

Family Basic gone?

Long time Premium (Family) user that switched to Family Basic this year. Apparently a payment failed so immediately got kicked out onto a Free account... I resubscribed to Premium Family but can no longer see the option to switch to the Basic version. I guess because it thinks I am a 'new' PF user? Surely there must be a way to restore things?

This happened to me. Didn't notice that I had an old card on file that I just stopped using and didn't change it. The email were going to my spam. My family uses it more then me. It switch my account went to free and I was going to just update my payment but now I have to pay more. I don't want the extra stuff from my premium. I want the family basic back.
