Changing the payment date

My payment date is quite far off in the month and i would like to change it to the start of the month. But i don't want to cancel the premium because i have other people there as well and that would be a hassle.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to manually change the billing date. The only way to do this is to cancel the current plan > wait for your account to revert to free > and then resubscribe on the desired date. Whatever date you start the new subscription on, that will become your new billing date.

Change direct debit date without cancelling

The help sections says:

> Cancel your plan.
> Wait for your plan to switch to free (at your next billing date).
> Resubscribe on the day you’d like to be charged.

However I have a family plan with 6 members including myself, if I cancel I presume these will all be removed and have to be readded again. I just need to update the payment date

How to change payment to 1st of each month without having to cancel and restart?
