 You should be able to see offers and plans that are available for you directly on your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/" target="_blank"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt;. If the offer you're looking for doesn't appear, it's possible that it's no longer available. In this case, we suggest keeping an eye on your email inbox and make sure notifications are switched on, to get notified about any new offers that you're be eligible for. Fingers crossed that a similar one will appear for you in the future &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

My guess is that this pop-up will probably appear again for you in some time. Otherwise you can also check all the Premium subscription plans we offer, and get one from our Premium page &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. You should still be able to get a month of a trial, if you've never used Spotify Premium before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am looking for answers to the same issue, and Spotify brought it me. Was offered two months for €6 as a "Welcome Back" ... disappeared. A month later, again it appeared when pondering going back to Premium, and clicking on it, it disappeared, leaving me to pay full price. I've chatted twice with Spotify and get the same, "What? Where? How? Email?..." And nothing can be done. I am asking Spotify .. if you'd like to have people return, offer promotions then disappear them thinking people will just pay, it's not cool. Bad business practice. You need to offer customers codes to respect your offers instead of convoluting the entire inquiry and leaving the customer with nothing but .... "is there anything else I can help you with?"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
