I am trying to redeem my 2 months of free spotify premium but when entering the code it tells me that this Premium code does not seem to be valid.

hi, spotify has deleted this post many times, so ill summarize again. when redeeming the voucher, there should be a link at the bottom of the voucher containing the code. The link should say "go to spotify.com". If you click on that link, it will bring you to a special website specifically for the talabat premium code redeemer. if you haven't taken a screenshot of the code yet, I highly recommend you do so you don't lose it if you didn't take a screenshot and exit the app then you probably lost those points because you can't go back and look at the code from what I've seen. this happened to me today and I'm gonna try to figure out how to get the code back. I hope this helped!

I claimed a code from Talabat app and I can't redeem it from the spotify we

I got enough points to claim a free 2-month spotify premium subscription code from the Talabat app in the UAE. The Talabat app shows that I have already claimed the voucher. However, when I go to redeem the given code on spotify, it gives me an error message alternating between "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service." and "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support." Even though I tried multiple times, it still does not want to work, and spotify still gives me ad so I'm sure the subscription wasn't redeemed yet.

I had redeemed my points with talabat and try to use this voucher on Spotify but the message shown as the same with other members which voucher code is invalid. I contacted talabat but it seem I got auto generate message which is told me to make sure that the account is new user and never subscribes to Spotify before. I sign up a day before for the Spotify account so it should never subscribed to their package for sure.

I had extra points on talabat and found 2 months free for 500 points so I redeemed it, got a code, went to the website and it said try again then go to the support page which said it didn’t exist.

Have you tested Spotify Premium on your account before? If yes, then you won't be able to redeem this offer as it's only available to users who haven't tried Spotify Premium. You can find more information here.

You can also reach out to the Talabat Support to ask them if there's any way you can get your points back if you aren't able to redeem the offer.

Unfortunately, if you read the T&C's, this offer only applies to first time Spotify Premium user, since this 2 month free is a TRIAL. Well played Talabat
